Delivery Information

We deliver our products using New Zealand Post. 

All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours subject to availability and are assigned with a tracking number so that you have the peace of mind of knowing your mail is tracked at key points until it reaches its destination and, if possible, a signature is collected on delivery.   

- New Zealand deliveries usually take 1 - 3 working days to arrive to your doorstep once dispatched. For rural areas, add another 1- 2 working days.
- International deliveries usually take 3 - 10 working days to arrive to your doorstep once dispatched, dependent on the shipping zone.

U.K. & Europe: 5 - 10 working days
USA & Canada: 5 - 10 working days
South Pacific: 4 - 6 working days
Asia: 4 - 6 working days
Rest of the world: 6 - 12 working days

*You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.
