Delivery Information
We deliver our products using NZ Post for domestic orders and DHL Express for international orders.
All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours subject to availability and are assigned with a tracking number so that you have the peace of mind of knowing your parcel is tracked at key points until it reaches its destination and, if possible, a signature is collected on delivery.

International Customs and Tax Regulations
It is the customers responsibility to check and pay any applicable duty or customs tax when shipping products to their country (if any). Import regulations vary significantly between countries, and while we do our best to provide relevant information, we cannot guarantee awareness of all specific requirements. If we are aware of any import restrictions, we will make every effort to highlight them on the product detail page.

We accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your country import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back.
We've been sending goods all over the world for many years and have had very few problems. We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for further information on import regulations in your country if you have any concerns.
